Do I need to be present or absent during the service?
This is entirely up to you! While most people leave to allow the cleaner to have space so they may focus on cleaning, you are more than welcome to be in the home while service is being provided. Simply be mindful of not hindering the cleaner from completing their tasks. In addition, keep in mind some of these tasks can be noisy, such as vacuuming.
Do I need to crate my pet?
For the safety of our cleaners and your pets, we do prefer that pets are contained to allow the cleaner a non-distracted work environment. In addition, please have pet bowls put away or covered to avoid cleaning product overspray contamination.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We provide our own cleaning products and equipment; a list is available upon request. If you have preferences, you may provide your own products for the service. (This does not result in a discount)
How long does the service take?
This depends on the size of the home, and if there are any add on services requested. For a Classic Clean alone, a 1bed/1bath the time will range between 1-2.5 hours and 3-6 hours for a 4bed/3bath.
