We understand not wanting to heap on hundreds of dollars for a deep clean, when you can customize individual tasks to be added
at your own pace and within your
financial comfort.

-Floor rejuvenate $0.35 sq.ft.

-Wall washing $0.25 sq.ft.
-Crown molding/baseboards $0.25 ft (Deep scrub $0.50 ft)
-Interior windows $0.50 sq.ft.

-Trash can detail $10
-Laundry (wash/dry/fold) $15 load
-Change bedding $5 (+$5 top bunk)
-Blinds:

*vertical, $1.50 per slat
-Vent cover detail $5 each

We offer a “do-it-all” service at the rate of $50/hour.
Deep Cleaning Package
For a one time deep clean, there are two package options to choose from with their respective prices listed below.
Silver
This package includes Classic Clean service PLUS, 2 appliance details (interior, exterior, behind and under), window tracks, baseboards and crown molding, vent covers and blinds or curtains.
Gold
This package includes Classic Clean service AND Silver PLUS, interior window detailing, carpet shampooing, and tile/grout steaming.

In order to protect what you love, as well as our business and employees, we've listed what will not be negotiated.

*Your cleaner is NOT responsible for your children, pets, or deliveries
*We do NOT clean up after pets (litter boxes, puppy pads, or vomit)
*We do NOT service attics or unfinished basements
*50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling, the remainder of the bill is due the day of the service
* Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
*Additional $30 fee for same day schedule and clean (upon availability)
*Additional $15 fee for homes with fur pets per visit
*Prior to scheduling, we must be informed of the following
- Allergies
- Pets in the home
- Form of entry
- Contact information
- Areas or objects to avoid, or pay extra caution to
*NO refunds. If there is an area of dissatisfaction, we will return and re-do the problem area to the customers satisfaction, within our ability
